Bilbao
It is all about Bilbao, getting to know the hidden culinary gems that we often visit for our personal joy. We will discover the pintxos, be guided through the Guggenheim museum and a fancy welcome dinner. An easy first contact day.
Urdaibai
We will move into the Reserve of the Biosfere. We will visit the most reknown Txakoli winery guided by their oenologist. We will eat in the most local restaurant in Gernika and will visit all the coastal small towns in the area. This day will end in a local restaurant, and maybe a few drinks at night at the correct pubs.






Rioja Alavesa
We will move into Rioja Alavesa, where a friend (world class winemaker) will show us his winery. Actually we will visit two more wineries after eating at inside a "calado" in this medieval town. A day not to be forgotten...
Getaria
This will be a wonderful day. Our lunch will be in the middle of the vineyard of the most elegant winery in Getaria. Diner will be at a family owned super restaurant. That is the point of the trip, eat with locals and eat at the world class restaurants too.
Hondarribi
A charming coastal gem where medieval walls embrace colorful fisherman’s houses, the freshest seafood delights the palate, and the border between Spain and France fades into timeless beauty.


San Sebastian
Where golden beaches meet world-class cuisine, and every corner exudes charm, elegance, and Basque soul. This day offers plenty of activities, like fishing, or hikin, or kayaking after getting to know their hidden pintxos bars.
